SCLK Submersed aerators
These submersed aerators use pressurised air and are suitable for wastewater treatment systems in civil, industrial and agricultural purification systems.
Description
The submersed aerator SCLK is a new aeration system to be used in water purification systems/circuits. The components of this machine have been manufactured with superior quality materials whose manufacturing technology is compliant to European standards.Using a double speed motor allows the machine to be used also as a mixer, thus allowing proper mixing and stirring of the products in the tank even without using air, a rather useful feature in some purification applications.
Usage
SCLK submersed aerators are particularly recommended for deep tanks and high oxygen requirements in the following processes: oxidation, sludge stabilisation, flotation, ozonization.
The yield rates achieved and the low energy consumption are constant over time and are not influenced by cloggings.
Performance
The SCLK aeration system guarantees low energy consumption with optimal loads. The system maintains the correct oxygen level and a suitable energy consumption by balancing water flow and impeller rotation speed on any individual aerator in the basin (if needed) by using inverters.
